| 摘 要： | 8例次晚期恶性肿瘤(其中1例急性早幼粒细胞白血病)病人进行超常剂量联合化疗,辅以超低温(-196℃)冷冻保存自身骨髓移植。化疗后造血机能恢复迅速。8例患者中有6例获得完全或部分缓解,为难治或晚期恶性肿瘤病人提供了一个新疗法。
