香丹四逆散配合灌肠治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎30例

目的]观察香丹四逆散配合灌肠治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法]将60例溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为两组。治疗组30例,用香丹四逆散治疗,水煎服,配合中药水煎保留灌肠。对照组30例单纯使用柳氮磺胺吡啶口服。两组均以2周为1个疗程,连续治疗2个疗程。结果]治疗组治愈17例,有效11例,无效2例,总有效率为93.3%。对照组治愈7例,有效10例,无效13例,总有效率为56.67%。两组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论]香丹四逆散配合灌肠治疗慢性溃疡性结肠炎具有明显疗效。

Xiangdan Sini San with Enema Treat 30 Cases of Chronic Ulcerative Colitis

Objective] View Xiangdan Sini San with enema treat of chronic ulcerative colitis. Method] 60 patients with ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into two groups. Treatment group, 30 cases were treated with Xiangdan Sini San, Shui Jianfu; with the decoction of Chinese medicine retention enema, control group of 30 patients with only oral use of SASP. Two are 2 weeks to a course of treatment, continuous treat- meat of 2 courses. Results] 17 eases were cured, 11 cases of effective and＇ ineffective in 2 cases, total effec- tive rate was 93.3%. Control group, 7 cases were cured, 10 cases, 13 eases ineffective, the total effective rate was 56.67 %. Two groups, the difference was significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ] Xiangdan Sini San with enema treat of chronic ulcerative colitis have significant effects.
