| 摘 要： | 目的：观察MEBO治疗49例大面积烧伤的临床疗效。方法：49例大面积（烧伤面积26％-88％TBSA），烧伤病人创面全程应用MEBO治疗，结合全身综合治疗。结果：49例病人治愈后，创面无瘢痕，无功能障碍。结论：MEBO治疗大面积烧伤效果显著。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the efficacy of MEBO on 49 cases of extensive burn. Method： 49 cases of extensive burn （26 -88% TBSA） associated with systemic treatment were treated with MEBO in whole course of topic treatment. Results： All 49 cases healed well spontaneously without scarring and dysfunction. Conclusion： It is an outstanding way to treat extensive burn with MEBO. |
