锋勾针排脓放血对面部寻常痤疮皮损修复作用的观察

目的观察锋勾针排脓放血治疗中度以上寻常痤疮患者的疗效和对脓疱型痤疮皮损的修复作用。方法 60例内服中药清肺祛脂方的寻常痤疮患者,分为锋勾针组和维A酸组并比较疗效;另在锋勾针组患者中选取脓疱型痤疮皮损,分为外治干预组和无外治干预组,比较皮损的修复能力。结果锋勾针组总有效率为86.7%,维A酸组总有效率为50.0%;外治干预组促进脓疱型痤疮溃疡面积、皮损面积修复能力高于无外治干预组,且复发率低。结论锋勾针排脓放血对寻常痤疮皮损修复有非常显著的促进作用。

Observations on the Repairing Effect of Lance Needle Apocenosis and Bloodletting on Injured Skin in Facial Acne Vulgaris

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of lance needle apocenosis and bloodletting in patients with acne vulgaris over moderate degree and its repairing effect on injured skin in pustular acne. Methods Sixty acne vulgaris patients taking Chinese herbal decoction for clearing lung heat and eliminating fat were randomly allocated to lance needle and vitamin A acid groups. The patients with pustular acne skin lesions were selected from the lance needle group and allocated to external treatment and non-external treatment groups for a comparison of the repairing abilities of injured skin. Results The total efficacy rate was 86.7% in the lance needle group and 50.0% in the vitamin A acid group. The ability to repair pustular acne ulcer area and skin lesion area was better in the external treatment group than in the non-external treatment group. The recurrence rate was lower in the former. Conclusion Lance needle apocenosis and bloodletting has a very marked promoting effect on the repair of pustular acne skin lesions.
