| 摘 要： | 目的探讨护理干预在CT导引下胰腺穿刺活检中的应用价值。方法对21例实施CT导引下胰腺穿刺活检的病例分别在术前、术中、术后给予护理干预,积极配合整个穿刺过程。结果本组所有患者均积极配合穿刺,顺利完成穿刺,一次穿刺成功率为100%,术后未见明显并发症。结论护理干预是保证患者配合穿刺,缩短穿刺时间,避免和减少术后并发症上不可或缺少。
