脂多糖和IL-2对乙型肝炎疫苗体外诱导B细胞应答研究

摘    要:目的在乙型肝炎疫苗体外诱导B淋巴细胞产生HBs-Ab过程中,通过脂多糖和IL-2作为有效刺激物质,使用多秆组合方法进行观察比较,了解影响抗体产生的体外诱导因素。方法用乙型肝炎疫苗刺激组(A组)、乙型肝炎疫苗+脂多糖刺激组(B组)、乙型肝炎疫苗+脂多糖+IL-2刺激组(C组)三组进行淋巴细胞培养和诱导,比较HBs-Ab产生情况,用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)测定HBs-Ab含量。结果在脂多糖和IL-2的刺激诱导下。能有效促进B淋巴细胞产生HBs-Ab。结论实验证明脂多糖是激活人血B淋巴细胞的有效丝裂原,IL-2可促使活化B细胞增生及产生抗体,脂多糖和IL-2联合作用,可增强乙型肝炎疫苗诱导体液免疫水平。
