| 摘 要： | 目的总结睾丸扭转的诊治体会。方法报告26例睾丸扭转的临床诊治资料。结果术前在彩色多普勒血流显像（CDFI）监测下行手法复位5例，成功3例。术前特别是扭转在6—8小时内，均给予冰袋冷敷患睾。26例均行手术探查，保留睾丸10例，切除16例。结论早诊断、早复位是治疗睾丸扭转的关键。早期手法复位可以为手术赢得时间，在复位前对扭转睾丸采取低温保护，可提高睾丸的生存力。
