摘    要:我国的医学研究生培养正面临双极化方向发展的问题。科研型研究生注重科研思维的培养,常忽视了临床思维的发展,而临床型研究生的科研能力却非常有限。同时,研究生教学能力的培养又普遍得不到重视。医学研究生能力发展不平衡导致毕业后集中向临床就业的趋势,造成人力资源分配不合理,这将严重阻碍医学事业的发展。培养平衡发展的研究生以及科研-临床-教学能力兼备的复合型人才可能是未来医学生培养的目标和发展趋势。

Abstract:The training of medical postgraduates in China is facing a dual-polarized direction of development.Research-based postgraduates pay attention to cultivation of research thinking but ignore the development of clinical thinking.In contrast,clinic-based postgraduates' research capability is very limited.Meanwhile,graduates' research ability is generally neglected.Because of unbalanced development of medical graduates' abilities,most of them are engaged in clinical work after graduation from a medical universit...
