表面麻醉下垫压夹取式娩核在隧道式小切口非超：声乳化自内障摘出术中的应用

目的探讨表面麻醉下隧道式小切口非超声乳化白内障摘出术中使用垫压夹取式娩核的可行性和安全性。方法对98例（126眼）白内障患者进行表面麻醉下垫压夹取式娩核小切口非超声乳化白内障摘出联合人工晶状体植入术。术后1d、1周、1个月进行视力、裂隙灯、眼压、眼底镜检查。结果手术经过顺利，术中术后并发症少，手术时间短，视力恢复良好。术后1个月视力0．6—1．0者78眼，0．3—0．6者32眼，0．1—0．3者12眼，〈0．1者4眼。结论垫压夹取式娩核在小切口非超声乳化白内障摘出联合人工晶状体植入术中能减少角膜内皮和后囊膜的损伤，操作简单、安全，适合广大基层医院应用。

Application of underlaying and pressing nuclear expulsion in small and tunnel incision non-phacoemulsification under topical anesthesia

Objective To investigate the feasibility and security of underlaying and pressing nuclear expulsion used in small and tunnel incision non-phacoemulsification under topical anesthesia.Methods The underlaying and pressing nuclear expulsion in small and tunnel incision non-phacoemulsification with IOL implantation under topical anesthesia was performed in 98 patients(126 eyes) with cataract.The examination of visual acuity,slit lamp,intraocular pressure,ophthalmoscope were made at 1 day,1 week,1 month after operation.Results The operative processes was all right,the complication after surgery was seldom,the operative time was short,and the recovery of visual acuity was good.At 1 month after operation,the visual acuity in 78 eyes was between 0.6 and 1.0,32 eyes was between 0.3 and 0.6,12 eyes was between 0.1 and 0.3,and only 4 eyes less than 0.1.Conclusion Application of underlaying and pressing nuclear expulsion in small and tunnel incision non-phacoemulsification with IOL implantation under topical anesthesia can decrease the damage of corneal endothelium and posterior capsule,the operation is safe and simple,and is adapted to apply in extensive basic hospital.
