| 摘 要： | 本文应用细胞培养方法对马钱子中提取分离的６种生物碱进行细胞毒性试验。观察不同浓度的生物碱影响ＨｅＬａ细胞的形态变化及增殖抑制率，并计算出各生物碱的半数抑制量（ＩＣ５０）。结果表明：异士的宁氮氧化物（ＩＳＯ）抑制作用最强，异马钱子氮氧化物（ＩＢＯ）抑制作用最弱。

| Abstract: | Six alkaloaids were extracted from Strychnos nux-vomica, and the cytotoxicity of the alkaloids were assessed by a cell culture test in vitro. HeLa cells were examined by optical microscopy and were observed by cell counting of proliferative inhibition ratio. Then the half inhibitory concentration (1C30) was onealated. The results indicated that the Isostrychine N-oxide (ISO) has the highest cytotoxicity, the Jsobrucine N-oxidc (IBO) has the least cytotoxicity. |
