| 摘 要： | 以2％巴豆油致小鼠耳肿胀法观察国产和进口胖大海药效结果表明,二种胖大海均有明显的抗炎作用,在药效强度上无明显差异(P>0.05)。对国产胖大海进一步分离提取发现,多糖为其抗炎活性部分。小肠蠕动试验表明,国产胖大海促进蠕动的强度(推进率0.93±0.03)高于进口胖大海(推进率0.66±0.06)(P<0.05)。提示国内引种的胖大海在上述药效上基本同于进口胖大海。

| Abstract: | It was showed, by the way of mouse's ear swelling by the oil of Fructus Crotonis (2%), Semen Sterculiae Lychnophorae from home and abroad had both obvious anti-inflammation effects, with no difference between each other (P>0.05). After being isolated and extracted, the polysaccharide in it from home was the active component of anti-inflammation. And the seeds from home had more effect on movement of small intestine than the seeds from abroad, with statistic significance (P<0.05). |
