血清slL-2R、IL-8、CA125、CEA联检对胸腔积液的诊断价值

目的：评价血清中可溶性白细胞介素-2受体(sIL-2R)、白细胞介素8(IL-8)和粘液样糖蛋白(CA125)、癌胚抗原((2EA)含量在胸腔积液发病中的作用及在临床鉴别诊断中的价值。方法：测定130例肺炎性、结核性及癌性3种不同病因致胸腔积液患者血清sIL-2R、IL-8和CA125、CEA水平。结果：结核组患者血清中sIL-2R含量显著高于肺炎组及肺癌组；肺炎组患者血清中IL-8含量显著高于结核组及肺癌组；肺癌组患者血清中CA125和CEA含量显著高于结核组及肺炎组。结论：血清sIL-2R、IL-8、CA125、CEA联检对恶性与良性胸腔积液及各良性病变之间的鉴别都有较高的临床意义。

Diagnostic Significance of Measuring sIL-2R, IL-8, CA125 and CEA for Patients with Pleural Effusion

Objective:To evaluate the value of measure me nts of serum sIL-2R, IL-8, CA125 and CEA for diagnosis in patients with pleura l effusion. Methods: These makers in serum were measured in 130 patients with pleural effusi on. Results: The levels of sIL-2R in the sera of patients with tuberculous pleu ral effusion were significantly higher than those with post-pneumonic pleural e ffusion and malignant effusion. The levels of IL-8 in the sera of patients with post-pneumonic pleural effusion were significantly higher than those with mali gnant effusion and tuberculous pleural effusion. The levels of CA125 and CEA in the sera of patients with malignant effusion were significantly higher than thos e with post-pneumonic pleural effusion and tuberculous pleural effusion. Conclusion: Combined measurements of serum sIL-2R, IL-8, CA125 and CEA provid e useful information for differtial diagnosis of malignant pleural effusion.beni gn pleural effusion
