上海市非甲～非戊型肝炎患者及献血者中SENV感染的分子特征

目的探讨上海市非甲～非戊型肝炎患者和健康献血者中SEN病毒的感染情况及其分子特征。方法收集非甲～非戊型肝炎患者和健康献血者的血液样本,分离血清,采用巢式聚合酶链反应方法对收集的血清样本进行SENVDNA检测,并对部分PCR产物进行测序鉴定。结果非甲～非戊型肝炎患者中SENVDNA阳性率为53.3%(16/30),无偿献血者中SENV感染率为10%(3/30)。其中,无偿献血者3例阳性样本中,2例为SENVH亚型,1例为SENVD亚型。16例阳性非甲～非戊型肝炎患者标本中,8例为SENVH亚型,6例为SENVD亚型,2例为D亚型和H亚型混合感染。结论上海非甲～非戊型肝炎患者及献血者中SENV主要为D或H亚型,输血传播非SENV唯一传播形式。

Detection of SEN virus in hepatitis non A-E and blood donors in Shanghai

Objective] To explore the prevalence of SENV in different patients with hepatitis non A-E and blood donors in Shanghai. Method] The SENV-DNA was detected with method of nested PCR in 30 blood sampies from patients with hepatitis non A-E and healthy blood donors in Shanghai. Results] The SENV positive rate was 10% in healthy donors,53.3% in patients with hepatitis non A-E. 2cases were SENV-H subtype and 1case was SENV D subtype in blood donors. Of all positive patients with hepatitis non A-E, 8 cases were SENV-H subtype and 6 eases were SENV D subtype, and 2 eases contained both senv D and H sub-type. Conclusion] The gene type of SEN virus in patients with hepatitis non A-E and blood donors in shanghai is D or H sub-type, and transmitting by transmission is not the only form of SENV transmitting.
