眼睑肿瘤p53和rasp21的表达及与临床预后的关系

目的 探讨p53和rasp21蛋白的表达与眼睑肿瘤临床预后的关系。方法 采用免疫组化SABC法检测了98例眼睑恶性肿瘤组织中p53和rasp21蛋白的表达。结果 在鳞状细胞癌旁正常及轻度不典型增生上皮中未见p53和rasp21蛋白表达；而中、重度不典型增生，原位癌，浸润癌p53和rasp21蛋白阳性表达率逐渐增高，其中基底细胞癌p53和rasp21阳性表达率分别为50.0%,52.5%；鳞状细胞癌分别为54.3%,62.9%；睑板腺癌分别为56.5%,65.2%。随着肿瘤分化程度的降低，p53和rasp21蛋白阳性表达率及阳性表达强度逐渐增高；SCC中p53及rasp21蛋白阳性表达与组织分化程度之间呈显著负相关，且与肿瘤淋巴转移有关。结论 p53和rasp21的表达可作为判断眼睑肿瘤恶性程度，淋巴结转移的重要指标。

The expression of p53 and ras p21 protein in cutaneous eyelid tumors and correlation with clinical prognosis

Objective To study the expression of p53 and p21 protein in cutaneous eyelid tumors and the correlation with clinical prognosis. Methods The expression of p53 and ras p21 protein was examined by SABC immunohistochemical technique in 98 cutaneous eyelid tumors. Results Although expression of p53 and ras p21 protein wasn't detected in adjacent epithelium and mild dysplasias, the positive rate of p53 and ras p21 increase by degrees in moderate dysplasias, severe dysplasias, carcinoma in situ and invasive tumors. The positive rate and intensity of p53 and ras p21 protein immunostaining increase with the decreasing degree of histological differentiation. The positive intensity of p53 and ras p21 protein was associated with histological differentiation of SCC,and have a well correlation with recurrence and metastasis. Conclusion The expression of p53 and ras p21 have been shown to be the significant predictors for clinical prognosis of cutaneous eyelid tumors.
