| 摘 要： | 目的:分析我院发生药品不良反应患者的一般情况及影响因素,为临床安全、合理用药提供参考。方法:以我院2006年1月~2007年9月上报的101例药品不良反应报告为对象,对患者的一般情况以及用药情况等进行分类统计分析。结果:101例药品不良反应共涉及药品74种,其中抗感染药占25.68%,中药制剂占31.08%;给药途径以静脉滴注所占比例最大(70.30%)。结论:抗感染药、中药制剂的应用及静脉用药的给药方式是药品不良反应发生的主要易感因素,应加强其使用的监督管理。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE： To analyze the general state of health of ADR cases and the predisposing factors of adverse drug reactions occurred in our hospital for references of clinical rational and safe drug use. METHODS： A total of 101 ADR cases reported in our hospital from Jan. 2006 to Sept. 2007 were analyzed statistically in respect of general state of health of patients and drug use. RESULTS： A total of 74 categories of drugs were involved in the total 101 ADR cases, of which, 25.68% were anti - infectives and 31.08% were Chinese materia medica preparation, and 70.30% were induced by intravenous drip. CONCLUSION ： The ADR occurred in our hospital were mainly induced by the use of anti - infectives and Chinese materia medica preparation administered by intravenous drip. Measures should be taken to tighten control on rational drug use. |
