中药辅助治疗视网膜脱离术后视网膜下积液的临床疗效观察

目的：观察中药辅助治疗视网膜脱离术后视网膜下积液的临床疗效。方法：将视网膜脱离术后证实存在视网膜下积液的109例（109眼）患者，随机分为2组，对照组48例常规静滴抗感染药物，局部点复方托吡酰胺滴眼液、妥布霉素地塞米松滴眼液（典必舒）治疗。治疗组61例在此基础上加服中药，1剂／d，水煎分服。2组均于术后第1天开始药物治疗，连续治疗10天，个别10天后视网膜下积液仍未吸收者继续药物治疗。2周后视网膜下积液未能全部吸收、视网膜复位不佳者二次手术治疗。结果：视网膜下积液吸收总有效率治疗组为85．25％，明显高于对照组（66．67％）；总体疗效总有效率治疗组为91．80％，明显好于对照组（75．00％）；结论：中药辅助治疗能促进视网膜脱离术后视网膜下积液吸收，术后视力明显改善，可提高手术成功率。

Observation on Supplementary Therapy for Subretinal Dropsy after the Surgery of Retinal Detachment with TCM

Objective： To observe supplementary therapy for subretinal dropsy after retinal detachment with TCM. Method： All 109 patients （109 eyes）, proved with subretinal dropsy after retinal detachment, were randomized into two groups. 48 cases in the control group accepted intravenous dripping of anti-inflammation drugs, local treat- ed with compound tropicamide eye drops, tobramycin and dexamethasone ophthalmic suspension. 61 cases in the treatment group took TCM on the foundation, one dose per day, water decocted. Both groups began to accept drug therapy at the 1 st day after the surgery and were treated for ten consecutive days, individual patients were continued to give the herbs after ten days. The patients of subretinal dropsy absorbed uncompletely in two weeks and the ones with poor retinal restoration were performed with the surgery the second time. Result： Total effective rate of subreti- nal dropsy absorption area in the treatment group was 85.25%, higher than 66.67% of the control group notably; the comparion in whole effects showed that total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.80%, obviously better than 75.00% of the control group. Conclusion： TCM supplementary therapy could promote the absorption of subretinal dropsy after retinal detachment, improve the sight after the surgery remarkably and success rate of the surgery.
