糖尿病周围神经病变的中医综合护理干预

摘    要:目的:探讨中医综合护理干预在糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)中的应用效果。方法:将92例DPN患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各46例,2组均给予糖尿病基础治疗,对照组在此基础上给予常规护理,治疗组在此基础上加用中医特色护理技术(中医辨证施膳、情志调适、中药足浴、足部推拿及分级施护),2组患者均以治疗4周为1个疗程。结果:总有效率治疗组为93.5%,对照组为71.7%,2组相比差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);神经传导速度治疗组与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),与本组治疗前相比,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:中医护理可提高DPN的治疗效果。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the effect of TCM comprehensive nursing intervention on diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN). Method: All 92 patients were randomized into the control group and the treatment group. Both groups received basic treatment of diabetes mellitus, the control group received routine care and the treatment group TCM-featured care (syndrome differentiation and diets, emotional regulation, foot bath with herbs, foot massage and care according to the classifications) on the base of basic therapy of diabetes mellitus and routine care. Four weeks were one course of treatment. Result: Total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 93.5% and 71.7% respectively, the difference had statistical meaning (/〉〈0.05); the difference had statistical meaning in NCV between both groups (P〈0.05), the difference had statistical meaning between before and after treating in the treatment group(P〈 0.05). Conclusion: TCM care could improve therapeutic effects of the treatment for DPN.
