| 摘 要： | 目的：建立测定藏药20味肉豆蔻片中羟基红花黄色素A含量的高效液相色谱方法。方法：色谱柱：Kromasil-C18柱（5μm，4．6mm×250mm，大连依利特有限公司生产）；流动相：甲醇：乙腈：0．7％磷酸（V：V：V=26：2：72）；流速：0．80mL／min；检测波长：403nm；柱温：室温。结果：羟基红花黄色素A在15．6-104μg（r=0．9999）范围内与峰面积线性关系良好，平均加样回收率99．81％，RSD为0．31％（n=6）。结论：该方法简便、快速、准确、重现性好，为藏药复方中测定羟基红花黄色素A提供了可靠的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective： To establish HPLC method for the determination of hydroxy saffior yellow A in ErShi- Wei RouDouKou Tablets. Method： Chromatographic column： Kromasil-C18 column （5 μm, 4.6mm× 250 mm, made by Dalian Elite Analytic Instruments Co., Ltd）; Mobile phase： methanol-acetonitrile-0.7% phosphoric acid （V：V： V=26：2：72）; flow rate： 0.80mL/min; detection wavelength：403 nm; column temperature： room temperature. Result： Hydroxy saffior yellow A showed a good linear relationship in the range between 15.6 and 104 μg （r=0.999 9） and peak area, average recovery rate was 99.81%, RSD was 0.31%（n=6）. Conclusion： The method, convenient, rapid, ac- curate and reproducible, provides a reliable method for the determination of hydroxy saffior yellow A in tibetan compound. |
