| 摘 要： | 3组雄性豚鼠分别腹腔注射维生素C 0mg/d、10mg/d、100mg/d,共4周。在实验2周时,每只动物用完全F氏佐剂进行免疫。未补充维生素C组豚鼠,从实验第2周始,体重明显减低,整个实验期,平均减低体重106g,而每天补充维生素C10mg、100mg组豚鼠体重分别增加68g、78g。实验结束时,未补充维生素组豚鼠,E-玫瑰花环形成率、总补体均明显低于另外2组,而白细胞总数、脏器/体重比值无明显差别。

| Abstract: | Three groups of male guinea pigs were supplemented interperitoneallywith 0mg, 10mg, 100mg ascorbic acid respeetively per day for 28 days.After the first two weeks the guinea pigs were immunized intradermallywith BSA in complete Freund adjuvant. The guinea pigs in the unsupple-mented groups lost weight rapidly during the final 2 experimental weeks, theaverage lose being 106g over the whole experimented term, while the groupssupplemented with 10mg/d and 100mg/d gained weights of 68g and 78g resp-ectively. In the unsupplemented group the E-Rosette Formation was sig-nificantly lower than in the supplemented groups. The total complementwas below 477.56 but the white blood cell total count, organs/body weightshowed no apparent change. |
