| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨经阴道超声对输卵管炎性疾病的临床诊断价值。方法 对临床疑为输卵管炎性疾病的5 4例已婚患者分别行经腹部与经阴道超声检查 ,并与病理或临床综合诊断相对照。结果 5 4例输卵管炎性疾病患者经阴道超声检查的诊断符合率为 96 .3% (5 2 / 5 4 ) ,显著高于经腹部检查符合率的 6 6 .7% (36 / 5 4 ) ,P<0 .0 1。结论 经阴道超声能清晰显示输卵管炎性疾病的形状、内部回声及其与周围脏器的关系 ,有重要的临床诊断价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To probe the clinical value of transabdominal sonography (TAS) and transvaginal sonography (TVS) in the diagnosis of fallopian tubal inflammatory diseases(FTID).Methods Fifty-four married patients with suspicious FTID underwent TAS and TVS.the results of which were compared with those of pathology and clinical diagnosis.Results The diagnosis accuracy rate of TVS in FTID was 96.3%(52/54)which was markedly higher than that of TAS,66.7%(36/54,P<0.01).Conclusions TVS can clearly display the contours and internal echoes of FTID as well as the relationship of FTID with adjacent organs.Therefore,TVS has great importance for the clinical diagnosis of the diseases. |
