葛根提取物诱导人肝癌细胞分化的研究

摘    要:目的 :探讨葛根提取物对Bel-740 2人肝癌细胞的作用。方法 :实验组Bel-740 2人肝癌细胞用葛根提取物处理 ,对照组用培养液处理 ,观察并对照两组AFP ,γ -GT ,ALD ,TAT ,OCT ,ALP的分泌量。结果 :治疗组AFP分泌量、γ -GT和ALD活力明显低于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而OCT ,TAT和ALP的活力则明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,差异均具有显著性。结论 :葛根提取物能有效诱导Bel-740 2人肝癌细胞的分化。

Abstract:Objective: It is to investigate the reverse effects of root kudzuvine extract on (RKE) the malignant phenotype of Bel-7402 human hepatoma cells. Methods: Bel-7402 human hepatoma cells of experiment group were treated with RKE and that of comparative group were treated with culture medium. Alpha-fetoprotein(AFP), γ-glutamyl transpeptidase (γ-GT), aldolase (ALD), tyrosine-a-ketoglutarate transaminase (TAT), ornithine carbamyl transferase (OCT), and alkaline phosphatase (ALP) of two groups were determined and compared. Results: Compared with comparative group, AFP, γ-GT and ALD was significantly lower ( P <0.05), while activities of OCT, TAT and ALP were significantly higher ( P <0.05) in experimental group. Conclusion: Root kudzuvine extract can efficiently induce differentiation of Bel-7402 human malignant hepatoma cells.
