住院神经症患者家属的心理状态分析及护理干预

目的了解住院神经症患者家属的心理状况。方法衣文采用SCL-90心理卫生自评量表对55例神经症患者的家属进行调查，并与中国常模对照。结果女性家属在躯体化、抑郁、焦虑、精神病性四个方面心理问题突出；男性家属在抑郁性方面较突出．且对患者父母与患者丈夫、妻子相比．除敌对、恐怖、偏执三因子无显著差异．其余均有显著差异。结论神经症患者家属尤其是患者父母及妻子存在严重的心理问题，护理人员应对他们给予心理支持。

The Mental State Analysis and Nursing Intervention of Neurosis Patients'Relatives

Objective To learn te mental state of relatives of neurosis patients' in hospital. Methods Relatives of 55 neurosis patients were investigated by the SCL-90 mental health self evaluating scale,and compared with the Chinese normal.Results while female relatives mental problems were apparent in somatization,depression,anxiety and psychotic aspects,male relatives were ovbvious in depression;Comparing their parents,wives and husbands,all factors except for hostility,phobia,paranoia showed apparent difference.Conclusions The in-ward neurosis patients' relatives especially their parents and their wives exist serious mental problems,and the nurses should give mental supports to them.
