脑出血患者医院感染的特征和相关因素分析

目的探讨脑出血患者中发生医院感染的特征和相关因素,以便为预防控制医院感染提供资料和参考依据。方法对2004年10月~2005年10月,住院时间>48h的189例脑出血患者进行医院感染相关因素分析。结果脑出血患者发生医院感染23例,27例次,感染发生率12.17%,例次发生率14.29%,以下呼吸道感染最多,占59.26%,其次为泌尿道感染,占18.52%,胃肠道感染占7.41%;年龄、住院天数、侵袭性操作等因素与医院感染的发生有统计学意义。结论脑出血患者医院感染发生率高,应针对相关因素采取有效措施,减少医院感染的发生,改善患者预后,促进患者早日康复。

Characteristic and Related Factors of Nosocomial Infection in Patients With Cerebral Hemorrhage

Objective To explore the characteristic and the related factors of nosocomial infection in patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods A total of 189 inpatients with cerebral hemorrhage that had been hospitalized over 48h in our hospital from Oct.2004 to Oct.2005 were retrospectively reviewed. Results There were 23 cases (27 case-events) with nosocomial infection among the 189 inpatients with cerebral hemorrhage. The infection rate and the case-times rate were 12.17 % and 14.29% respectively. Among inpatients with nosocomial infection, the lower respiratory tract infection was the highest (59.26%), the second one was the urinary tract infections (18.52%), and the gastrointestinal infection was 7.41% . Nosocomial infection was closely related to factors such as age, hospital-staying-day, and the invasive procedures. Conclusions Nosocomial infection is still a frequent complication in patients with cerebral hemorrhage and according to the related factors some effective measures should be adopt urgently.
