| 摘 要： | 2002年1月~2005年5月,我科采取膝前下小切口丝线有限内固定治疗髌骨下极粉碎性骨折11例,疗效满意。1材料与方法1.1病例资料本组11例,男8例,女3例,年龄21~42岁。左侧6例,右侧5例。均为新鲜闭合粉碎性骨折。手术时间为伤后1~5 d。1.2治疗方法术中作膝前下横弧形或纵“S”形小切口
