代谢综合征及其相关因素的分布研究

目的：探讨代谢综合征（MS）及其相关因素在正常人群及非酒精性脂肪肝（NAFLD）患者中的分布情况。方法：通过将618例35岁以上体检者根据NAFLD诊断标准分为脂肪肝组和非脂肪肝组,观察代谢综合征及其相关因素在两组人群中的分布差异。结果：代谢综合征及其相关因素在脂肪肝组分布明显高于非脂肪肝组,差异具有显著性。结论：代谢综合征与非酒精性脂肪肝及其相关因素存在紧密联系,对诊断为NAFLD的病人,必须对其是否存在MS作进一步的明确诊断。

Study the Distribution of Related Factors of Metibolism

Objective： To research the related factors distribution in normal people and nonalcoholic fatty liver disease （NAFLD） patients of metibolism. Method： 618 patients who were over 35 years were divided into alcoholic fatty liver group and nonalcoholic fatty liver group according the standard of NAFLD. then study the related factors of distribution in metibolism patients. Result： The metibolism and related factors distribution was superior in alcoholic fatty liver group than those in NAFLD group. There＇s obviously difference. Conclusion： Metibolism is related to the alcoholic fatty liver disease. We should make a decision of metibolism for those patients with NAFLD.
