益气养阴、清利活血中药对微小病变肾病大鼠高凝状态作用的研究

目的观察益气养阴、清利活血中药对微小病变肾病大鼠的疗效,从改善高凝状态方面探讨其肾脏保护作用机制。方法根据Bertani的方法,用表柔比星(阿霉素)尾静脉注射法复制微小病变肾病大鼠模型,同时设立正常对照组。分别予益气养阴、清利活血中药或泼尼松混悬液。测定大鼠24 h尿蛋白定量、血清ALB、TC、TG、BUN、SCr、血浆及尿液TXB2、6-keto-PGF 1α的含量,并进行电镜下肾脏组织形态学观察。结果益气养阴、清利活血中药可减少微小病变肾病大鼠尿蛋白的排泄量,改善血清生化指标,降低血浆、尿液TXB2水平,提高尿液6-keto-PGF 1α水平,改善高凝状态,修复肾小球上皮细胞足突的结构。结论依据气阴两虚、湿热瘀阻的病机,益气养阴、清利活血中药对微小病变肾病大鼠有明显疗效,并能改善其高凝状态,从而减轻肾脏病理损害,缓解肾病。

Study of supplementing Qi and nourishing Yin,clearing and promoting blood circulation traditional Chinese drug on hypercoagulabale state of minimal change nephropathy rats

Objective It is to observe the curative effect of supplementing Qi and nourishing Yin,clearing and promoting blood circulation traditional Chinese drug on hypercoagulabale state of minimal change nephropathy rats.Methods Minimal change nephropathy rat models were copied with Epirubicin vena caudalis injection method according Bertani method,and control group was set up at the same time.They were treated with supplementing Qi and nourishing Yin,clearing and promoting blood circulation traditional Chinese drug or Prednisone suspension.The 24 h urine protein quantitate,the levels of ALB,TC,TG,BUN and SCr in serum,the content of TXB_2 and 6-keto-PGF 1α in plasma and urine were determined and kidney histomorphology under electron microscope was observed. Results Supplementing Qi and nourishing Yin,clearing and promoting blood circulation traditional Chinese drug could decrease the excretion quantity of urine protein in minimal change nephropathy rats,improve serum biochemical indicator,lower TXB_2 level in plasma and urine,raise 6-keto-PGF 1α level in urine,improve hypercoagulabale state and repair glomerule epithelial cell foot process structure.Conclusion According the pathogenesis of deficiency of both vital energy and Yin and stagnant and block of moist heat,supplementing Qi and nourishing Yin,clearing and promoting blood circulation traditional Chinese drug has obvious curative effect on minimal change nephropathy rats,and can improve hypercoagulabale state.Thereby kidney pathological lesion may be lightened and nephropathy may be released.
