| 摘 要： | 目的比较何首乌炮制前、后水溶性糖的含量。方法采用硫酸-蒽酮比色法测定何首乌生品及其炮制品中水溶性总糖、单糖-低聚糖、多糖的含量。结果葡萄糖检测浓度在0.06~0.60mg/ml范围内与吸收度线性关系良好;水溶性总糖、单糖-低聚糖平均回收率分别为99.2%(RSD=2.3%)、99.7%(RSD=2.5%)。结论何首乌炮制后水溶性总糖含量升高,其中单糖-低聚糖、多糖均有所增加,以多糖含量增加为主。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To compare the content of water-soluble saccharides in Radix Polygoni Multiflori before and after its processing.METHODS:The content of all water soluble saccharides,monose-oligosaccharides,polysaccharides in Radix Polygoni Multiflori and its processed products were determined by sulphuric acid-anthrone colorimetry.RESULTS:The detectable concentration of glucose showed a good linearity with absorbability in the range of 0.06～0.60mg/ml.The average recovery rates of water-soluble saccharides and monose-oligosaccharides were 99.2%(RSD=2.3%) and 99.7%(RSD=2.5%),respectively.CONCLUSION:The content of saccharides in processed Radix Polygoni Multiflori increased,including monose-oligosaccharides and polysaccharides,especially polysaccharides. |
