唾液sIgA对二相性白念珠菌粘附口腔颊粘膜细胞的影响

摘    要:目的 研究唾液中sIgA对二相性白念珠菌粘附人口腔颊粘膜细胞的影响,探讨口腔念珠菌感染中唾液sIgA发挥的粘膜免疫作用。方法 用兔抗人sIgA血清中和人唾液中sIgA,^125I-sIgA放射免疫分析法检测唾液中sIgA的浓度,比较含sIgA及不含sIgA的唾液对二相性白念珠菌粘附人口腔颊粘膜细胞的影响。结果 含sIgA的唾液抑制孢子相及菌丝相白念珠菌粘附人口腔颊粘膜细胞的能力强于不含sIgA的唾液,且唾液中sIgA抑制孢子相白念珠菌粘附人口腔颊粘膜细胞的能力强于抑制菌丝相白念珠菌粘附人口腔颊粘膜细胞的能力。结论 唾液sIgA可抑制二相性白念珠菌对人口腔颊粘膜细胞的粘附,且更易抑制孢子相白念珠菌粘附人口腔颊粘膜细胞。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the mucosal immune role of salivary IgA (sIgA) in oral candidiasis. Methods Rabbit anti-hman serum was used to neutralize salivary sIgA and 125 I-sIgA radio immuno-assay was used to check the consistency of salivary sIgA for researching the effect of salivary sIgA on the adhesion of dimorphic Candida albicans. Results Salivary contained sIgA inhibited the adherence of yeast and hyphal forms of Candida albicans to buccal epithelial cells (BEC) better than salivary depleted sIgA did. Salivary sIgA inhibited the adherence of yeast forms to BEC was stronger than that of hyphal forms. Conclusion Salivary sIgA could inhibit the adherence of two forms of Candida albicans to BEC and it was much easier to inhibit the adherence of yeast forms of Candida albicans to BEC.
