应激状态下血清白细胞介素2含量变化及其与多器官衰竭关系的研究

探讨应激状态下血清白细胞介素２（ＩＬ２）含量变化及其与多器官衰竭（ＭＯＦ）的关系。应用酶联免疫吸附法（ＥＬＩＳＡ）测定４５例急性危重病患者应激状态下血清ＩＬ２含量的动态变化。结果：急性危重患者血清ＩＬ２水平于第１天即明显下降（Ｐ＜０．０１），第３～５天达最低浓度；ＩＬ２含量下降与应激严重程度呈负相关；ＭＯＦ患者于应激早期血清ＩＬ２下降程度较非ＭＯＦ者更为显著。提示：动态观察血清ＩＬ２含量变化有助于了解患者病情程度和预后判断。

Study of the trend change of interleukin2 content in patients under stress and the relationship between interleukin2 level and multiple system organ failure

n this study,the trend changes of interleukin2(IL2)content in serum of patients under stress were observed by using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay.The results were as follows:IL2 level in serum of acute critical patients obviously decreased on the first day( P <0 01) and the lowest concentration of IL2 was seen in 35 days after stress and the decrease of IL2 in serum was negatively correlated with the severity of stress.The reduction of IL2 in the group of multiple system organ failure(MOF) was more obvious as compared with the group of nonMOF.The causes of the IL2 content changes were discussed.
