| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨非手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效和机理。方法 对265例腰椎间盘突出症行牵引，推拿、药物和理疗等非手术治疗，并对其中64例患治疗前后的CT、体感诱发电位结果进行对比观察，分析其作用机制。结果 通过非手术综合治疗，总有效率为94%，效果满意。结论 腰椎间盘突出症经非手术综合治疗，疗效肯定，虽不能使突出的髓核回纳，但能改善其局部的血循环，促进炎性介质的吸收；减少对神经根的化学性刺激而达到治疗目的。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical effect and mechanism of non operation treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation(LDH).Methods 265 cases of LDH were treated with traction massage,medical and physiotherapy etc.The results of CT,somatosensory evoked potential(SEP) of 64 patients were compared before and after treatment and its mechanism was analysed.Results The total effective rate of non operated therapy treatment (94%) was satisfied.Conclusion Effectiveness of non operated combined treatment of LDH is certain.Although it couldn't make protrusive mucleus pulposus go back,it might improve local blood circulation,accelerate absorbtion of inflammation medium,reduce chemical stimutation to spinal nerve root and thus reach treatment objective. |
