清暑解表方对流感病毒FM1感染小鼠的肺组织及肺、胸腺指数的影响

目的:研究清暑解表方对流感病毒FM1感染小鼠的肺组织及肺、胸腺指数的影响。方法:48只小鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、利巴韦林组、清暑解表方高、中、低剂量组,共6组,用流感病毒FM1滴鼻建立小鼠感染模型。观察肺组织病理变化情况,并测定肺、胸腺、脾指数。结果:与正常组比较,模型组肺指数明显升高(P0.05),胸腺指数明显降低(P0.05)。清暑解表方高剂量组能降低肺指数(P0.05),中剂量组能升高胸腺指数(P0.05),但3个剂量组对脾指数均无显著性差异(P0.05)。结论:清暑解表方能改善FM1感染小鼠的肺部病变,降低肺指数并升高胸腺指数。

Influences of Qingshujiebiao decoction on of the mice infected with lung tissue, lung and thymus index influenza virus FM1

Objective： To study the influences of Qingshujiebiao decoction on lung tissue, lung and thymus in- dex of the mice infected with influenza virus FM1. Methods： 48 mice were randomly divided into six groups including normal group, model group, ribavirin group, high, middle and low doses of Qingshujiebiao decoction. Influenza virus FM1 was dropped nose of mice to establish infection model. To observe the pathological mechanism change of the lung, in addition, measure the lung, thymus, spleen index. Results ： Compared with the normal group, the lung index of middle group was significantly higher （P 〈 0.05 ） , and the thymus index was significantly lower （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The high dose of Qingshujiebiao decoction can reduce the lung index （ P 〈0. 05 ）, the middle dose can increase the thymus index （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, but three doses have no significant difference on the spleen index （P 〉0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Qingshujiebiao decoction can relieve the lung disease of mice infected with influenza virus FM1, reduce the lung index and improve the thymus index.
