吴茱萸多糖和吴茱萸内酯抗胃溃疡作用的研究

目的:研究吴茱萸多糖和吴茱萸内酯对实验性胃溃疡的作用。方法:采用冷水应激和幽门结扎法制造大鼠胃溃疡模型。实验动物分为12组,分别为空白组,模型组,吴茱萸水煎液组,吴茱萸多糖高、中、低剂量组,吴茱萸内酯高、中、低剂量组,(多糖+内酯)高、中、低剂量组,连续给药14天,第14天造模后处死大鼠并观察胃溃疡指数。结果:冷水应激实验中,水煎液组,多糖高、中、低剂量组,内酯高、中剂量组,(多糖+内酯)高、中、低剂量组的溃疡指数与模型组比较有显著性差异(P0.05);幽门结扎实验中,水煎液组,多糖高剂量组,内酯高、中、低剂量组,(多糖+内酯)高、中、低剂量组的溃疡指数与模型组比较有显著性差异(P0.05);吴茱萸多糖和吴茱萸内酯能显著降低溃疡指数。结论:吴茱萸多糖和吴茱萸内酯对胃溃疡有治疗作用。

Anti-gastric Ulcer Effect of Evodiae Polysaccharide and Evodin

Objective： To study the effect of Evodiae polysaccharide and evodin on experimental gastric ulcer.Methods：The anti-gastric ulcer effect of Evodiae polysaccharide and evodin was observed on the gastric ulcer induced by water immersion stress and pyloric ligation.The experimental animals were divided into 12 groups,respectively for control,model,water decoction,polysaccharide high,middle and low-dose group,evodin high,middle and low-dose group;polysaccharide plus evodin high,middle and low-dose group,the drugs were given for 14 days consecutively and the rats were sacrificed after making models at the 14th day.Results：In the experiment of water immersion stress,the ulcer index of water decoction,polysaccharide high,middle and low-dose group,evodin high,middle-dose group,polysaccharide plus evodin high,middle and low-dose group,compared with model group,there were significant differences（P〈0.05）;in the experiment of pyloric ligation,the ulcer index of water decoction,polysaccharide high-dose group,evodin high,middle and low-dose group,polysaccharide plus evodin high,middle and low-dose group,compared with model group,there were significant differences（P〈0.05）;polysaccharide and evodin could reduce ulcer index obviously.Conclusion：Evodiae polysaccharide and evodin have remedial effect on gastric ulcer.
