灯盏花素注射液对慢性肺心病失代偿期红细胞变形能力、白细胞活化、黏附分子CD11b的影响

摘    要:目的探讨灯盏花素注射液对慢性肺心病患者红细胞变形能力、白细胞活化、黏附分子CD11b的影响。方法将符合诊断标准的84例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组46例,根据痰培养以及药物敏感试验结果选用敏感抗生素,常规止咳、祛痰、平喘,心功能不全者加地高辛或利尿剂。治疗组38例,在对照组治疗方法基础上,加用灯盏花素注射液50mg/d。疗程均为20d。结果①治疗组的红细胞初始斜率、0.80斜率增加,0.50斜率、最小余值降低,与治疗前相比均有显著差异(P均<0.01);与对照组相比,初始斜率、0.80斜率、0.50斜率有显著差异(P<0.05)。②治疗组白细胞活化显著增强(P<0.05),黏附分子CD11b变化不明显(P>0.05);与对照组相比,治疗组白细胞活化、黏附分子CD11b均有明显变化(P均<0.001)。结论灯盏花素注射液能显著改变慢性肺心病患者的红细胞变形能力,提高白细胞活化功能,抑制黏附分子CD11b的表达,阻止肺心病的进展。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of Breviscapine Injection on the erythrocyte deformability, leukocyte activation, adhesive molecule CD11b expression in patients with chronic cor pulmonale. Methods 84 cases consistent with the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group (46 cases) and control group (38 cases). In control group: at the beginning of admission, patients were treated with broad spectrum antibiotics for 3 or 4 days, then sensitive antibiotics were adopted according to the results of sputum culture and drug sensitivity test. Medicine for relieving cough and asthma, and apophlegmatisant were used routinely. Patients with heart failure were treated with Digoxin or diuresis. In addition to above treatments, the treatment group were treated with Breviscapine Injection 50 mg once a day intravenously. Two groups were all treated for 20 days. Results The erythrocyte incipient slope, 0.8 slope, 0.5 slope and the minimal surplus were all significantly changed after the treatment with Breviscapine Injection(P<0.05=. 2. Leukocyte activation arised obviously in treatment group (P< 0.05=, while the expression of adhesive molecule CD11b were not changed(P>0.05). Conclusion Breviscapine Injection could remarkablely change the erythrocyte deformability, improve leukocyte activation function, and inhibit the expression of adhesive molecule CD11b.
