阴道内电刺激治疗女性尿失禁近期疗效

目的观察阴道内电刺激盆底肌群治疗女性压力性尿失禁和急迫性尿失禁的近期疗效。方法32例女性尿失禁患者分为压力性尿失禁组(n=12)和急迫性尿失禁组(n=20)。所有患者均采用阴道内功能电刺激,两组患者的治疗频率分别为10~15 Hz和50~100 Hz,治疗持续8周后进行临床随访。依据两组患者治疗前后的排尿日记及国际尿失禁咨询委员会问卷简表(ICI-Q-SF)评分进行疗效评定。结果治疗8周后临床随访发现,压力性尿失禁组中,8例(66.7%)尿失禁症状消失,4例(33.3%)症状改善;急迫性尿失禁组中,2例(10.0%)尿失禁症状消失,15例(75.0%)症状改善,3例(15.0%)患者症状无明显改善。除3 d总排尿量之外,治疗前后两组患者排尿日记和ICI-Q-SF评分各项指标比较均有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论阴道内电刺激盆底肌群能显著改善女性压力性尿失禁和急迫性尿失禁患者的临床症状,疗效确切且安全性高。

Short-term therapeutic effects of intravaginal electrical stimulation on female urinary incontinence

Objective To observe the short-term therapeutic effects of intravaginal electrical stimulation on female stress urinary incontinence(SUI) and urge urinary incontinence(UUI).Methods Thirty-two female patients with urinary incontinence were divided into SUI group(n=12) and UUI group(n=20).Intravaginal electrical stimulation was performed with the frequency of 10-15 Hz in SUI group and 10-100 Hz in UUI group.The patients were followed up after treatment for 8 weeks.The therapeutic effects were evaluated by daily urination record and International Consultation on Incontinence Questionnaire-Short Form(ICI-Q-SF) before and after treatment. Results After treatment for 8 weeks,the symptom of incontinence disappeared in 8 patients(66.7%) and was improved in 4 patients(33.3%) in SUI group.In UUI group,the symptom of incontinence disappeared in 2 patients(10.0%) and was improved in 15 patients(75.0%),while 3 patients(15.0%) experienced no improvement.Except urine volumn of 3 d,there were significant differences in parameters of daily urination record and ICI-Q-SF scores between the two groups(P<0.01). Conclusion Intravaginal electrical stimulation has significant effect on female SUI and UUI,with definite curative effects and high safety.
