| 膀胱癌术前CT临床分期的评价 |

| 摘 要： | 作者对１９８８年９月至１９９４年９月收治的５０例膀胱癌术前ＣＴ临床分期与术后病理分期结果进行了比较，其分期相符率为８６％。７例分期不符的病例中，４例ＣＴ分期低于病理分期，３例高于病理分期。ＣＴ分期误差产生的主要原因是未能确定淋巴结有无癌转移。建议采用静脉尿路造影（ＩＶＵ）和对显示肾盂积水的膀胱癌患者行髂血管、闭孔组淋巴结薄层扫描，以进一提高ＣＴ分期的符合率。

| Abstract: | patientswithbladdercancer,treatedfromseptember1988toSeptember1994wasanalysedtocomparepreoperativeCTexaminationwithpostoperativepathologicaldiagnosis.Thecoinci-dentstagingofCTandpathologicalfindingwasfoundtobe86%(43/50).Intheremaining7patients,4wereofoverstagingand3wereofunderstagingrespectively.Thecauseofincorrectingstagingbypreop-erativeCTwasusualyduetothedifficultyindetermingiflymphnodemetastasisoccurs.ItissuggestedthattoimprovethepreoperativeCTstaging,thethinphasescanningtotheareaoflymphnodesaroundtheiliacarteryandobsturatoriusshouldbecarriedoutifthepatienthasbeenconfirmedtohavehy-dronephrosis. |
