| 摘 要： | 作者报告了经手术和病理证实的肝结核８例，患者平均年龄２６．５岁，术前仅１例疑为肝结核。３例行肝切取活检术，４例行肝叶或肝部分切除术，１例行脓肿切开引流，８例患者均获痊愈。随访结果显示：直径≤３．０ｃｍ的肝结核结节经规则化疗均可临床治愈。作者对本病的感染途径、病理分型、诊断、鉴别诊断和治疗等问题进行了讨论，总结了临床诊治的经验与教训。

| Abstract: | patientswithhepatictuberculosiswereconfirmedbysurgicaloperationandpathologi-calexaminationofliver.Theaverageageofthepatientswas26.5years.Onlyoneofthe8patientswassuspectedofhavinghepatictuberculosisbeforeoperation.Liverbiopsyduringtheoperationwascariedoutin3patients,andlobectomyorpartialexcisionoftheliverwasperformedin4patients,andincisionanddrainageoftheliverabsceswereperformedin1patient.Alofthepatientswerecured.Thefolow-upresultsshowedthathepatictuberculosislesthanorequalsto3cmindiametercouldbecuredbyreg-ularchemotherapeutics.Inthispaper,theinfectiouspath,pathologicaltypes,diferentialdiagnosisandtreatmentarediscused,andexperienceandlesonsaresummarized. |
