| 摘 要： | 为使患肾恢复功能，自１９７４年至１９９４年我院采用抗返流输尿管膀胱再植术治疗输尿管异位开口５１例。其中男１例，女５０例；年龄１０个月～１３岁。４５例随访３个月至１４年，４３例临床症状消失，无尿频、腰痛、反复发烧等。２例仍有尿失禁。结果表明，抗返流输尿管膀胱再植术治疗输尿管异位开口具有操作简便，创伤的特点，且疗效满意。本文就术前患侧的定位诊断，术中如何辩认异位开口输尿管以及双侧输尿管异位开口术前诊断及其手术治疗的成败进行分析。

| Abstract: | From1974to1994,anti-refluxureterocysto-reimplantationwasperformedon51chil-dren(1boy,50Girls)agedfrom10monthsto13years.Thefollow-updurationof45caseswas3monthsto14years.Theclinicalsymptomsoffrequencyofurination,lumbagoandrepeatedlyfevec,etc,werenotobservedexcepturinaryincotinencein2cases.Theresultsshowedthatureterocysto-reimplan-tationissimpleandtraumatic.Someimportantaspectssuchaspreoperativelocationandintraoperativeidentificationoftheunilateralorbilateralectopicureterswereanalyzed. |
