金鸡菊提取物体外抗氧化活性

目的:探讨金鸡菊提取物体外抗氧化活性。方法:采用分光光度法,测定金鸡菊提取物对羟基(OH)自由基、超氧阴离子(O 2-.)自由基及1,1-二苯基-2-苦肼基自由基(DPPH)的清除能力,通过多元线性回归分析,考察金鸡菊提取物含量及其体外抗氧化活性的相关性,并同维生素(VC)进行了比较。结果:金鸡菊提取物对.OH自由基,O 2-.自由基,DPPH自由基均有较好的清除作用,在供试质量浓度范围内(0.2～1.0 g.L-1)对各自由基的清除效率与金鸡菊提取物浓度有一定量效关系,当质量浓度达1.0 g.L-1,其中50%乙醇洗脱物对OH自由基、O 2-.自由基和DPPH自由基的清除率可达86.19%,97.90%和71.85%,且清除能力与Vc相当。结论:金鸡菊提取物具有显著的体外抗氧化作用。

Antioxidant Activities of Coreopsis tinctoria Extracts in vitro

Objective: To investigate the antioxidant activity of Coreopsis tinctoria extracts in vitro Method: The radical scavenging,hydroxyl radical,superoxide radical and 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl radical(DPPH) radical by C.tinctoria extracts were detected and analyzed by using spectrophotometry and multiple linear regression analysis.The correlation between contents of C. tinctoria extracts and their antioxidant activity in vitro was surveyed and compared with Vitamin(VC). Result: The radical scavenging capacity of C. tinctoria extracts could be observed in hydroxyl radical,superoxide radical and DPPH radical showed performance. At the selected concentration from 0.2 g ·L^-1to 1.0 g ·L^-1,the scavenging effects on free radicals had certain dose dependent relationship with C.tinctoria extracts oncentration.When the concentration of 50% Alcoholic eluate from C.tinctoria reached 1.0 g ·L^-1,the maximum scavenging rate on hydroxyl radical,superoxide radical and DPPH radical was 86.19%,97.90%,71.85% and its radical scavenging effects could be paralleled to VC. Conclusion: C. tinctoria extracts showed strong antioxidant activities.
