| 摘 要： | 目的:建立解热消炎胶囊绿原酸的HPLC测定法。方法:采用HPLC法,Hypersil BDS C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×200 mm,5μm),乙腈-0.4%磷酸溶液(13∶87)为流动相,检测波长为327 nm,流速为1 ml/min,柱温为25℃。测定解热消炎胶囊中绿原酸的含量。结果:绿原酸的进样量在0.099 6～0.996μg范围内,呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为102.38%,RSD为0.9%。结论:本方法测定结果准确、操作简便、灵敏度高、重现性好,可用于解热消炎胶囊的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective：To establish determination method of the Chlorogenic acid content in Jierexiaoyan Capsule.Methods： Hypersil BDS C18（4.6 mm×200 mm,5μm） Column was used as chromatographic column,and acetonitrile-0.4%Phosphonic acid（13∶87） as mobile phase.The detection wavelength was set at 327nm,flow rate at 1.0 mL.min-1,and column temperature at 25℃ to determine the Chlorogenic acid content in Jierexiaoyan Capsule.Results： The linear range of the Chlorogenic acid was 0.0996~0.996ug,（r=0.9999）.the average recovery was 102.38%,RSD=0.9%.Conclusions： This HPLC method was accurate and simple in operation,high in sensitivity and good in reproducibility,It can be used for the quality control of Jierexiaoyan Capsule. |
