中药有效成分辨识的研究进展

摘    要:为有效地从繁多的中药复方化合物中发现和辨识出其作用成分,明确中药作用功效提供参考和依据,通过对中国知网和国外相关杂志的文献进行检索和总结,从26篇近期报道的文献中提炼出有效成分辨识相关思路,对以药理活性为向导的有效成分辨识和基于体内过程的有效成分辨识这2个主要研究方法分别进行归纳,并着重对基于体内过程有效成分辨识的常用技术如外翻肠囊法、Caco-2细胞模型、血清药物化学法进行了总结。传统的以药理活性向导的中药有效成分辨识和近期发展的基于体内过程进行中药活性物质筛选均有各自的优势和不完善之处,综合应用可以达到良好的互补。同时,多成分综合作用是中药发挥效果的基本模式,因此,进行有效成分辨识时,在多成分综合效应中辨识出主要的有效成分,是符合中药特点的有效成分辨识方法。

Abstract:In order to discover and identify effective compositions from various compounds of Chinese medicine, and provide the basis for clearing its efficacy, based on the cnki and foreign related magazines, this article extracts related ideas from 26 recent reports of the literature, and has reviewed discovery technical means for effective constituents of Chinese materia medica with pharmacological activities for guides and discovery technical means for effective constituents of Chinese materia medica based on the processes of metabolism and disposition the two main research methods. And the review introduces discovery strategies for effective constituents of Chinese materia medica, especially focus on the discovery technical means (such as in vitro everted intestinal sac, Caco-2 cell model and serum medicinal chemistry) for effective constituents of Chinese material medica based on the processes of metabolism and disposition. Traditional discovery means for effective constituents of Chinese material medica with pharmacological activities for guides and recent developed discovery technical means for effective constituents of Chinese material medica based on the processes of metabolism and disposition both have their advantages and shortcomings, comprehensive application can achieve good complementary. Meanwhile, effect come from integrated various components is the basic approach of action for Chinese medicine. Therefore, in the process of the effective components discovery, to find out the main effective components from traditional Chinese medicine with complex composition is a better way agreeable with the characteristics of Chinese medicine.
