| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨补肾调周法对卵巢早衰模型大鼠血清抑制素B(INHB)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平的影响。方法:90只大鼠随机分为9组,即空白对照组,模型对照组,补肾Ⅰ号方高、低剂量(68.67,34.30 g·kg-1)组,补肾Ⅱ号方高、低剂量(61.40,30.70 g·kg-1)组,补肾调周高、低剂量组,分别序贯给药Ⅰ号,Ⅱ号高、低剂量(每2天轮换一次),阳性对照组,每组各10只。除空白对照组外其余各组均采用环磷酰胺(CTX)造模。给药20 d后,ELLSA法测定各组大鼠血清INHB,VEGF水平,光镜下观察卵巢的病理组织形态。结果:补肾调周法能显著提高血清INHB,VEGF水平,从而提高卵巢的贮备能力,并能增加各级卵泡与黄体组织数量。结论:补肾调周法可提高卵巢早衰模型大鼠的卵巢储备能力,这可能是对卵巢早衰早期干预的机制之一。 |
