| 摘 要： | 目的探讨不同剂量阿托伐他汀对急性脑梗死（ACI）患者脂蛋白相关磷脂酶A2（Lp-PLA2）的影响。方法选择ACI患者86例,随机分为两组：常规剂量组（阿托伐他汀20mgQn）及大剂量组（阿托伐他汀40mgQn）,分别于治疗前及治疗14天后测量患者血浆Lp-PLA2及血脂水平。另选择43例健康体检者为对照组,不予阿托伐他汀治疗。结果 ACI组血浆Lp-PLA2水平高于对照组（t=17.72,P〈0.01）;Lp-PLA2与TC、LDL-C正相关;常规治疗组及大剂量组TC、LDL-C、Lp-PLA2均下降,且大剂量组LDL-C及Lp-PLA2下降较常规剂量组更明显（P〈0.05）。结论 ACI患者血浆Lp-PLA2水平升高;大剂量的阿托伐他汀（40mg/d）较常规剂量（20mg/d）更能够降低血脂及血浆Lp-PLA2水平。
