西升麻中三萜皂苷类分离鉴定及药材质量标准研究

摘    要:目的:完善西升麻药材质量标准。方法:首次以分离的三萜皂苷类结合酚酸类建立定性及定量测定方法。结果:鉴定分离出的三萜皂苷类为升麻苷H-1;测定阿魏酸、异阿魏酸和咖啡酸含量之和为0.22%~1.90%,升麻苷H-1含量为0.10%~1.28%。结论:本试验结果能全面的反映西升麻药材内在质量,且稳定,简单,可行,为西升麻药材质量标准的完善提供参考。

Abstract:Objective: To improve the quality standard of Cimicifugae Rhizome. Method: Quantitative and qualitative determination methods were established by phenolic acids and separated triterpenoid saponins firstly. Result: The separated triterpenoid saponin was Cimicifuga glycosides H-1.The sum of ferulic acid,ferulic acid and caffeic acid was 0.22%-1.90%.The content of Cimicifuga glycosides H-1 was 0.10%-1.28%. Conclusion: The tests fully reflected the intrinsic quality of Cimicifuga Rhizome and the methods established are stable,simple,and suitable for the quality improvement of Cimicifugae Rhizome.
