从《黄帝素问宣明论方》看刘完素对附子的运用

在建立＂刘完素临床经验数据库及其管理系统＂的基础上,将《黄帝素问宣明论方》运用附子的经验进行了系统分析,其广泛应用于虚劳、目疾头痛、肾虚瘖痱、癥瘕积聚、心痛不止、产后腹痛、瘛病腹痛、肠痹腹痛、阴疝腹痛、中寒痹证、胸痞吐逆、痔瘘脱肛、痰涎喘满、风消（消渴）等病证之中,具体功用包括祛脏腑沉寒、补阳益火,通行十二经、散寒止痛,温中暖脾胃、开痰平喘,健悍而入阴、以助扶正,用之攻则攻,用之补则补,对各种疾病的治疗,均能相济成功,关键在配伍得宜、轻重得法。

Based on establishing ＂Dadabase and Management System of Liu Wansu Clinical Experience＂,we systematically analyzed the experience in the use of aconite herb from Huangdi Neijing Xuanming Lunfang.It was widely used in many syndrome such as consumptive disease,disease of the eye and head,renal deficiency caused dumb,abdominal mass and accumulation,chest or stomach pain constantly,postpartum abdominal pain,convulsive limbs caused abdominal pain,the small and large intestines dysfunction caused abdominal pain,yin hernia caused abdominal pain,attacked by cold-evil caused abdominal pain,chest mass and emesis,hemorrhoids and fistula and rectocele,phlegm cause asthma stuffiness,emaciation due to emotional upset（diabetes）.It＇s function included that eliminate serious cold qi in entrails to warm Yang Qi,and run the twelve regular meridians to eliminated cold qi to relieve pain,warm the middle energizer and spleen and stomach to dissipate phlegm and to stop asthma,arrive yin meridian quickly to powerful strengthen body resistance.It can be used attack evil Qi,also used reinforce healthy energy.It successfully treated various kinds of disease by cooperation with other drugs,that key point is the suitable combination and the suitable amount.
