| 摘 要： | 目的建立英黄胶囊中盐酸小檗碱HPLC含量测定方法。方法采用AgilentC18（4.6mm×250mm,5.0μm）Col-umn＋AgilentC18（4.6mm×20mm,5.0μm）GuardCartridge色谱柱;流动相为0.033mol/L磷酸二氢钾-乙腈（72：28）;检测波长为265nm;柱温为室温;流速为1.0ml/min。结果盐酸小檗碱在2.4～96.0μg/ml（r=0.9991）范围内线性关系良好,加样回收率为97.41%,RSD为0.88%。结论方法简单且结果准确,可用于英黄胶囊的质量控制与分析。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish an HPLC method of determining Berberine Hydrochloride in Yinghuang Capsule.Methods Agi-lent C 18（4.6 mm × 250 mm,5.0 μm） Column ＋ Agilent C 18（4.6 mm × 20 mm,5.0 μm） Guard Cartridge columns was used;mobile phase：KH 2 PO 4（0.033 mol/L）：Acetonitrile = 72：28;detection wavelength was at 265 nm;flow rate was 1.0 ml/min.Results The calibration curve showed a good linearity within the ranges of 2.4 ~ 96.0 μg/ml for Berberine Hydrochloride,the average recovery was 97.41%,the RSD for reproducibility was 0.88%.Conclusion The method is accurate and can be used for the quality control of Yinghuang Capsule. |
