胰岛素泵治疗2型糖尿病的疗效观察

目的：探讨胰岛素泵治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法：抽取32例2型糖尿病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组16例，治疗组采用胰岛素泵持续皮下胰岛素输注（CSII），对照组采用多次皮下注射胰岛素（MSII），比较两组治疗前后血糖控制情况、达标时间、低血糖发生率、胰岛素用量。结果：两组2型糖尿病患者在治疗后血糖均明显降低，但CSII组血糖达标时间、胰岛素用量、低血糖发生次数均少于MSII组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：使用胰岛素泵治疗2型糖尿病患者。可快速稳定控制血糖，且不增加低血糖发生率，能减轻病人多次注射的痛苦，提高患者生存质量，是治疗2型糖尿病的一种有效方法。

Objective：To explore the clinical effect of type 2 diabetes mellitus use nsulin pump treatment. Methods Select 32 cases type 2 diabetes meatus, random divided into treatment group and control group, each group 16 eases ,treatment group adopt continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion（ CSII）, control group adopt multiple subcutaneous insulin injection（ MSII）, compared the difference of blood glucose control, Standard time, the rate of hypoglycemlc eplsodes,insulin dosage between the two groups. Results Both groups blood glucose significantly decreased, but the blood glucose Standard time,insulin dosage , hypoglycemia incidence of CSII group was less than MSII group , there was statistical significance（ P 〈 0. 05） . Conclusion Use insulin pump treatment type 2 diabetes mellitus , can rapidly and Stability control blood sugar , and did not increase the incidence of hypoglycemia, Can alleviate the pain of multiple subcutaneous injection, improve the quality of life, was an effective method in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.
