中医临床思维的培养途径探析

近年来中医院校培养的中医学生实践能力差,成为中医界的突出问题。其原因主要是缺乏中医临床思维能力的培养。目前对于中医学生临床思维能力培养的研究多停留在理论上,缺乏实质性的临床内容。我们从开设中医临床思维讲座、开展临床思维病例分析、教学查房、开展中医临床思维辩论、让学生独立接诊病人等几方面对中医临床思维的培养途径作一探讨。

Way to cultivate TCM clinical thinking probing

In recent years the cultivation of traditional Chinese medicine colleges students＇ practical ability is poor,TCM field.The prominent question becomes the main reason is lack of TCM clinical thinking ability.The current students＇ clinical thinking ability to cultivate TCM research stay in theory,lack of substantial clinical content.We open from TCM clinical thinking lectures,conducting clinical thinking case analysis,teaching rounds,developing TCM clinical thinking debate,lets the student independent accepts the patient to aspects of the TCM clinical thinking makes a probe into the cultivation approaches.
