| 摘 要： | 目的探讨多层螺旋CT对急性绞榨性肠梗阻的诊断应用价值。方法收集我院17例绞榨性肠梗阻（实验组）和17例单纯性肠梗阻（对照组）的CT影像资料,进行回顾性分析,探讨对绞榨性小肠梗阻有价值的CT征象。结果绞榨性肠梗阻的CT影像改变主要来源于四个方面：血性液体征象、气体征象、肠系膜征象、肠管壁征象。结论血性液体征象、气体征象、肠系膜征象、肠管壁征象为诊断绞榨性肠梗阻敏感性和特异性较高的征象。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the application value of multi-slice spiral computed tomography(CT) in diagnosis of strangulat-ing intestinal obstruction.Methods CT images of 17 patients with strangulating intestinal obstruction and 17 patients with simple intestinal obstruction were collected and compared to investigate the valuable CT signs for diagnosis.Results CT signs for diagnosis of strangulating intestinal obstruction were mainly from the signs of:haemorrhagia,gas,mesentery and intestinal wall.Conclusion H... |
