| 摘 要： | 目的评估前端有一定压力时无反弹注射器的防回流功能及应用分析。方法通过一套模拟装置,比较12ml无反弹注射器和10ml普通注射器（内径一致）,在4Fr导管中,前端压力分别为0、12cmH2O、50cmH2O时,当注射结束注射器内芯推压撤除时,测量模拟血液回流的长度。结果在前端压力分别为0、12cmH2O、50cmH2O时,无反弹注射器组皆无回流发生,普通注射器组则分别有2.03cm、3.83cm、4.23cm回流长度。结论无反弹注射器有很好的防回流功能,在前端压力为50cmH2O时,也能有效防止回流。用于CVC、PICC、静脉留置针输液结束或暂停使用需要作封管处理时有一定的防止血液回流发生血凝堵管的作用,用于普通静脉注射或肌肉注射也有好处。
