摘    要:目的:明确杜仲皮中的多糖的提取方法和含量,为杜仲的进一步开发利用提供科学依据。方法:用均匀设计U6(64)表安排杜仲多糖的多因素多水平提取实验,确定杜仲多糖提取的数学模型,得出杜仲多糖率与各因素之间的回归关系,并推算最佳工艺条件。结果:杜仲多糖提取的最佳工艺条件为:杜仲皮粉末质量(g)与加入的水体积(mL)的配比(固液比)=1∶5,温度100℃,提取时间7 h,多糖的最大得率为8.231%。结论:用U6(64)法得到的模型方程,可在设立的因素水平范围内给出杜仲多糖得率极大值,进而探讨各因素对杜仲多糖得率的影响机制。
